Hey, really good review, totally agree with what you're saying. I didn't even think about the whole advancement in powers despite the short amount of time between the films taking place. I felt the same too. I wasn't a huge fan of The Incredibles, I liked it fo'sho, but it was never in my top 5 Pixar films; saying that, I was still really excited for it but I was disappointed with some of the stuff that happened in the film.
