Tom & Jerry: The Movie trailer

I loved cartoons as a kid. Tom & Jerry holds a special place for me, as I used to have several episodes on a VHS (yes, kids, I'm that old) which I played to death. I am pretty sure it was a golf-based episode, in which Jerry took the complete mick out of Tom on a golf course.

In 2021, Tom & Jerry: The Movie is set to hit cinemas (apparently in February) and I am secretly excited. Having just watched (and genuinely enjoyed) Sonic the Hedgehog I am eager to see what director Tim Story has in store for us.

Tom & Jerry: The Movie stars Chloë Grace Moretz, who works in a hotel - which can be seen in the trailer - and according to IMDb the plot will show how Tom meets Jerry for the first time and the origins of their violent rivalry.
